- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE-Check out the home REAL WELL. They don't fix anything-they just put a "band-aid" on it. Our house looked Great at 1st glance-until we got moved in-WHAT A DUMP. Our a/c runs non-stop & won't even get the place below 78degrees-they have sent someone out 5 times-even though they have been told our thermostat needs to be moved & there is NO INSULATION-all they ever do is have them wash the condensors.
